A few years ago, Bipasha and Katrina couldn’t stand face to face and Bipasha went on making comments about Katrina in every other interview of hers, but now she regrets doing so.
Bipasha confesses, ” I said I am not best friends with Katrina Kaif,I regret the fact that I took Katrina’s name,I believe that if you own up to your mistakes you don’t become small, I have never taken anybody’s name like this before and neither I had any problems like this before. I would like to say on National television that I regret making those comments,I regret naming Katrina.
Bipasha also revealed that she doesn’t mind working with Katrina in future.
Salman Khan is known for his generosity and helping nature towards the people he loves alot, and Bebo too experienced his love and generosity while shooting with him for Main aur Mrs. Khanna.
When Sallu and Bebo were shooting together in Melbourne, both of them would go for shopping after pack up. Salman also accompanied Bebo once to help her carry her bags. At one shop Bebo went on a shopping spree, buying things for her friends and family. When she went over the counterto pay the bill, she was surprised to see that Sallu had already made the payment. Salman also gifted sweet Bebo a limited edition bag worth a whooping 2.5 Lakhs.
When Kareena was asked about the same, she said, “Salman’s generosity cannot be matched. It was a very sweet gesture on his part. He is a wonderful person at heart.”
Drama queen Rakhi Sawant, indulged in a lip-lock with her fiance Elesh Parjunwala during the shooting of NDTV Imagine’s show Pati Patni aur Woh. During the first phase of shooting, Rakhi was supposed to wear a fake belly to have experience of pregnancy. She also felt the effects of pregnancy like swelling of feet, backache and morning sickness and Elesh took good care of her. A source says, “Deepika took Ranbir to a suburban restaurant on Sunday night on the pretext of having dinner. She had already called some of Ranbir’s very close friends, which included Rohit Dhawan and Ayan Mukherjee, the director of Wake Up Sid. Ranbir, who is normally not a party animal, was pleased to see them and a couple of his old school friends. They had dinner and brought in his birthday. I know my appearance on Farah Khan’s show has been talked about. And so has been my statement that Sanjay Leela Bhansali told me that I look like an Ajanta cave and that I shouldn’t lose my curves. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Kurbaan’s posters are out and Saif insists that he is proud that he did Kurbaan.
Saif says, “As a Muslim I feel proud of the fact that I have done this film. This is one of the most socially relevant films today. It is good that it is coming at just the time when our country needs cinema like this.”
Kurbaan is a romantic movie mixed with terrorism and is based in US. The flick is produces by Karan Johar and is directed by Rensil D’Silva. Kurbaan also starrs Vivek Oberoi and Dia Mirza.
Salman at the recent episode of his show Dus Ka Dum with guests Govinda and Reitesh praised rival SRK and branded him as ’simply great’.
At the show,when Reitesh mimicked SRK, Salman said, “When it comes to romantic scenes, Shah Rukh is outstanding. Nobody can do it better than Shah Rukh Khan. He has the intensity in his eyes and is utterly romantic.”
And then Sallu went on saying,“Professionally, Shah Rukh is simply great.
Producer of Dus Ka Dum, Anita Basu, said, “Salman has been very gracious in his compliments about Shah Rukh. No snide remark was passed. Salman is a thorough professional who likes SRK`s work and he acknowledged it when people asked his about SRK.”
SRK must be really happy with the compliments Sallu has showered on him.
Actor Shiney Ahuja who is undergoing a trial for raping his maid, fainted this morning in court. Shiney has been slogging it out in the jail since June 15th. Shiney’s lawyer requested the authorities to shift his client to the hospital, however the actor was examined by jail doctors and was not hospitalized. Shiney was seen crying in pain because of a slip disc problem and was unable to walk on his own, he was assisted by two constables in the room. The court has adjourned the matter to October 7th.
Alfred Hitchcock once said that the length of a film should be directly related to the endurance of the humanbladder, unfortunately Ashutosh Gowariker doesn’t agree to that. After Jodhaa Akbar and now with What’s your Rashee he again proves that he will tell a story at his own pace and have no consideration whatsoever for the level of endurance of the humanbladder. Rating: 3/5
Whats your Rashee is based on Gujarati writer Madhu Rye’s novel Kimball Ravenswood. It was attempted to be made into a tele-series by Ketan Mehta, about twenty years ago and now by Ashutosh Gowariker into a film. Although the film looked inviting with Priyanka Chopra donning twelve different avatars, the film has nothing much to offer as a romantic comedy. Probably it could’ve been more effective as a tele-series, if scripted well.
Yogesh(Hurman Baweja) has to marry in ten days and since he believes that there are only 12 types of girls he decides to meet one girl from each zodiac sign. Priyanka Chopra who essays all the 12 characters in the film stands out in certain characters but sleep walks through others. Sadly some of her characters were not written well and seemed like mere caricatures of the common stereotypes that had sometimes very little to do with their zodiac characteristics and more with their socio-economical background.
As a romantic comedy, the film script lacked that punch in dialogues that made the characters even weaker. Towards the second half, Gowariker lost the grip of the narrative and the plot seemed redundant. Nonetheless, its a watchable film only if you think you have all the patience and time in the world for it (and your bladder thinks the same )
The media is wondering what’s going on between lovebirds Salman and Katrina, ‘coz at a recently held success bash for the flick Kanjeevaran, both of them behaved like strangers. Salman Khan came early and alone at the party, after some time, Katrina arrived with designer Rocky S in his car. The couple did not see eye-to-eye and neither made an effort to talk to each other during the entire party. However just a day before Katrina attended Sallu’s Eid bash. She says, “My size zero is what got the attention of an international clothes manufacturer. I will be launching a clothes line soon. I know that youngsters think of me as a fashion icon because of my current size. And, though I’m occasionally tempted to put on a couple of kilos, I personally feel that for the kind of high-fashion wardrobe I wore in Kambakkht Ishq, my current shape is right.”

Director of Quick Gun Murugan, Shashanka Ghosh is all set to make a Hindi version of Alice in Wonderland.
Alice’s Indian counterpart will be called Alisha, director Shahsank says, It’s not based on Alice In Wonderland. It’s a straight adaptation. But it is going to be a completely Indianised version of Alice In Wonderland named Alisha. My Alisha will be will be a very contemporary take on the fable.”
Talking about the actresses who would portray the role of Alice, he says, “Someone sexy. But she has to pull off a child’s bewilderment.”

Malaika talking about Mandira’s collection said, “The colors are very girly, very flirtatious and very lady-like as Mandira would say.
